Adding files to your Quenza account can be done in 3 different ways. In this article, we’ll go in-depth on these steps and walk you through the process of uploading files to the main library, client files and group files.
Upload a file
The first way to upload a file is by using the main file library. To access this library, navigate to your Quenza account and from the navigation menu click on Files [1]. Once there, click on the +Add File [2] option.

This will present two options, to upload a file click on Upload a file [3].

The second way to upload a file is by uploading it directly for a specific client. To do this, navigate to your Quenza account and click on Clients [1]. Once there, click on a client you’d like to add the file to.

This will open the clients’ page, where you will be able to click on the Files [1] tab and then use the + Add File [2] button.

In the modal window that shows up, click on Upload a file [3]. The file will then be added to the client files, it does not automatically share the file with them.

The third way to upload a file is by uploading it directly to a group of clients. To do this, navigate to your Quenza account and click on Clients [1]. Once there, click on the Groups [2] tab in the top left corner of the page. This will open a list of active groups, where you will be able to click on the group you’d like to add the file to.

Once there, click on the Files [3] tab and then click on the + Add File [4] button.

In the modal window that appears, click on Upload a file [5]. The file will then be added to the group files, it does not automatically share the file with the group members.

Add a link
To add a direct link to a website/webpage, follow the same steps described in the first couple of chapter of this article. However, once the prompt window appears, select the Add a link [1] option.

Once the new window opens, add the desired URL and input a name for this link. After this is done, click on the Save link [2] option.

Important to note: The best way to add a URL (link) is by copy-pasting it directly from a browser. If the “https://” part of the URL is missing, you won’t be able to add the link successfully.
Example: Instead of entering “www.google.com”, make sure to type/paste https://www.google.com
