With the latest Quenza update, you are now able to post comments and provide feedback directly to activities that have been completed. 

Enabling comments on an activity before sending it to a client

Step 1. Choose the activity you’d like to send to a client 

Send an activity to a client

Step 2. Toggle the “Enable comments” option

Enabling comments on a completed activity

Step 1. Navigate to the client’s profile and click on the Activities tab

Step 2. Click on the completed activity 

Step 3. Enable the “Allow comments” option

Step 4. Confirm that you would like to enable comments

Posting a comment on a completed activity

Step 1. Navigate to the client’s profile and click on the Activities tab

Step 2. Click on the completed activity 

Step 3. Click on the Comments tab

Step 4. Write your comment in the text field and click on Post

Comments on completed activities are private between you and the client, even if the activity was sent to a group.

Yes, you can disable comments at any point in time, even if there are previously posted comments.

Yes, clients can respond to your comments made on completed activities.
