Customize activity and pathway notifications

Quenza allows you to customize which notifications are triggered when you send activities and pathways to clients.

Customize activity notifications

When sending an activity to a client, you have the option to disable certain notifications. These include:

Send an activity to a client

Push Notifications: This gives you the ability to enable or disable push notifications on the mobile app for clients who have installed it.

Dashboard Notifications: This allows you to turn on or off notifications in the Quenza dashboard of your client’s Quenza account.

Email: This option lets you control whether or not email notifications are sent to your clients when new activities are assigned to them.

Customize pathway notifications

When sending a pathway to a client, you have the option to disable certain notifications. These include: 

Push Notifications: This gives you the ability to enable or disable push notifications on the mobile app for clients who have installed it.

Dashboard Notifications: This allows you to turn on or off notifications in the dashboard of your client’s Quenza account.

Email: This option lets you control whether or not email notifications are sent to your clients when new pathways are assigned to them.

The system also gives you the flexibility to adjust the notification frequency for pathways. You can opt to send notifications for each step of the pathway, or just for the initial one.
