Direct download
To download a file directly from the File directory navigate to your Quenza account and go to Files [1]. Once there, find the file you’d like to download and click on the three dots vertical menu [2]. This will open the options menu where you can click on Download [3] to download this file.
Download in preview window
Another way to download a file is from the preview window. To do this, go to your Quenza account and click on Files [1]. Once there, find the file you’d like to download and click on it [2].
This will open the file within the Quenza app, where you will be able to download it by clicking on the Download option [3] or [4].
Export files
Exporting files can be done within the client interface. This will export files that have been specifically shared with the client and also the files that the client has shared with you. To do this, navigate to your Quenza account and go to Clients [1]. Once there, click on the client who’s information you’re looking to export.
This will open the client’s account where you can click on the Export [2] option and select the information you’re looking to export. Once you have selected the information, click on Export [3] to download the information in a ZIP archive.
