Expansions are, mostly science-based, activities and pathways that we’ve prebuilt for you. You can find all of the pre-made activities in the Expansion library in Quenza, once you’re logged into your account. This section is updated continuously and covers some of the most effective coaching and therapy tools.
Step 1. Add the expansion to your library
To be able to edit an expansion activity or pathway you have to save it in your expansion library first.
You can do so by selecting ‘Expansions’ on the main navigation menu.
Now you should find yourself on the Expansions page. At the top of the screen, select if you want to look for a prebuilt activity or a pathway.
Next, you can either scroll through the expansions or search for a specific activity by typing in keywords in the search field.
As you can see, I’ve searched for an activity called ‘Benefit finding’.
Once you’ve found an expansion you want to edit, click on the activity or pathway and press the ‘+ Add to my activities’ button in the top right corner.
Then it will prompt you to make sure you want to add the expansion to your library, click ‘Add’.
Step 2. Edit the Expansion
Great! The Expansion is now saved to your activity library.
Once an expansion activity or pathway is saved to your activity library, you can either send it directly to your clients or customize the expansion according to your needs.
If you want to edit an expansion you can skip this part and continue reading here.
You can send a saved expansion activity directly as it is by:
- Going to your activity library
- Searching for the expansion you want to send
- Clicking on the vertical three-dot menu next to the activity and pressing the ‘Send’ button
Then all you have to do is select the client you want to send the activity to under ‘Recipient’, set the delivery date, and customize the message with which you send the activity.
When you’re done press on the ‘Send’ button at the bottom of your screen to send the activity.
Another way to send an expansion is by clicking on the activity itself and pressing the ‘Send’ button in the top right corner.
If you want to edit an expansion you will need to create a copy of the original activity first, which you can then customize.
To do so navigate to the Activities page on the left-hand column.
Next, click on the vertical three-dot menu next to the activity and press the pencil icon.
Once you click on this icon, you will be prompted to create a copy of the expansion activity.
You can simply click ‘Ok’ and give the activity a new title.
Now the expansion is ready to be edited and you can customize the text in the activity or add/remove items.
When you’re finished click on ‘Publish activity’ in the top right corner to save the edited activity to your activity library.
Under the ‘Actions’ section of your activity library, you can now choose what to do with the expansion activity.
Simply press the vertical three-dot menu next to an activity to send, complete, preview, edit, duplicate, share or delete it.
