Introducing Our New Pricing Plans

At Quenza, we’re constantly striving to provide more value to our users and to simplify our services to better meet your needs. After careful consideration and feedback from our members, we’re excited to announce a revised pricing structure designed to give you more freedom and flexibility.

Our New Plans: More Freedom, No Limits

We’re introducing four new subscription plans: Starter, Plus, Pro, and Team. These plans are designed to better suit the diverse needs of our users, from individual practitioners to large organizations.

What’s New?

  • No Limits on Activities, Pathways, Expansion, and Send Credits: We’ve removed the caps! Now you can enjoy unlimited activities, pathways, expansions, and send credits across all our plans.
  • Revised Client Limits: To offer these unlimited features at a more affordable rate, we’ve adjusted the client limits slightly. We believe this change will support the majority of our users more effectively.
  • New Pricing:
    • Starter: $27/month
    • Plus: $57/month
    • Pro: $87/month
    • Team: $147/month

For Our Existing Customers

We deeply appreciate your ongoing support and loyalty. As a token of our gratitude, all existing plans are grandfathered. This means:

  • You Keep Your Current Plan: There’s no immediate action required on your part. You can continue enjoying your current plan without any changes.
  • Flexibility to Switch: If the new plans appeal to you, you’re welcome to make a switch. Simply navigate to Settings > Subscription > Change Plan on a computer browser. Please note, this option is not available on the mobile app.

FAQ

Log in to your account from a computer, go to Settings > Subscription > Change Plan, and select the new plan that fits your needs best.

Once you switch to a new plan, reverting to an old plan is not possible as our new pricing structure is in place. We encourage you to contact our customer success team for personalized assistance.

All your data and usage will seamlessly transition to the new plan. However, if you have more clients than allowed per plan, you’ll be asked to remove them in order to switch.

No, the transition to a new plan is smooth and will not disrupt any features in the account.
