Quenza offers three subscription plans. Lite, Standard, and Unlimited. This article will give you a clear picture of what you get with each plan and help you to determine which plan is most suitable for you. *If you want to get two months free, be sure to select the annual plan.

Clients
This is the total number of clients you can add to your Quenza account.
With the Lite subscription plan, you are able to host up to 15 clients. This means if you have more than 15 clients in your practice, you can either delete an old client or upgrade to the Standard subscription plan, which allows for 50 client profiles.
To free up space for new clients you can delete inactive clients from your account. You will be able to export a client’s data before removing their account so that you can keep their records for future reference.

Activities
The total number of activities allowed includes activities that you build yourself, as well as the editable copies of pre-made activities you create from Expansion library activities.
Within the Lite subscription, you are allowed a total of 20 activities saved in your activity library and within the Standard subscription plan, you are allowed 100 activities in your activity library.
If you have reached the maximum amount of activities, you can go into your activity library and delete one to make room for another.

Pathways
Pathways are sequences of activities that you can automate and schedule upfront so you don’t have to manually send each activity in a series. This can include video courses, or themed content that you want your clients to view and complete over time.
Within the Lite subscription, you are allowed to have 5 pathways saved in your library. This includes the total number of pathways that you build yourself, as well as editable copies of pre-made pathways you create from the Expansion library. For the Standard subscription plan, you are allowed to have a total of 20 total pathways.
To build your own pathways, you can choose from your current activity library, or you can add “pathway-only activities” which means you create the activity as you build out your pathway.

Expansions
The expansion library includes all the pre-made activity and pre-made pathway content.
With the Lite plan, you can add up to 10 expansions (pre-made activities or pathways) to your library at any given time. Hereby any combination of activities/ pathways is possible.
If you have already used the full capacity of your expansion credits but want to choose an additional pre-made expansion you will need to remove an expansion item from your library.

If you find you would like way more expansions to choose from, you can always upgrade your subscription to the Standard plan, which allows access to 20 total expansions.
Send Credits
With the Lite subscription plan, you are able to send 250 activities each month, while the Standard subscription plan allows you to send 1,500. This includes the activities built into your pathways as well. If you create 1 pathway made up of 8 activities, this will be counted as 8 “send credits” when you send the pathway.
You can think of this as the number of steps within your pathway as well- if there are 10 steps to your pathway, that’s 10 send credits. If you want to send 1 activity to 5 clients a month, that’s 5 send credits.
White Label
White-label options are only available with the Standard and Unlimited plan. These features include a customized logo, branded colors, custom sender name and custom sender email address.

Usage
You can see the total amount of used clients, activities, pathways, expansions and send credits by going to Settings > Subscription > Usage.
You can check your usage at any time which will tell you how close you are to reaching your limit on each item within your subscription plan

Manage Subscription
You can upgrade your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Subscription > Change plan.
