Rename file

To rename a file, navigate to your Quenza account and click on Files [1]. Once there, find the file you’d like to rename and click on the three dots vertical menu [2]. This will open the available options for said file, where you can click on Rename [3].

This will prompt a new window, where you will be able to type in a new name and rename the file.

Move a file

To move a file between folders, navigate to your Quenza account and click on Files [1]. From there, find the file you’d like to move and click on the three dots vertical menu [2]. This will open available options, where you’ll see the option Move [3].

In the modal window, you’ll be able to either choose an existing folder [1] to move the file to or create a New Folder [2]. Once you’ve selected the destination folder, click on Move here [3].

Delete file

To delete a file, navigate to your Quenza account and click on Files [1]. Once there, you can delete a file in two ways.

The first way is to click on the three dots vertical menu [2] and from the available options click on Delete [3].

The second way is to click on the file you’d like to delete and click on the trash icon [1] in the top right corner of the file preview page.

Important: Deleted files are moved to the Trash and are permanently deleted after 3 days. If you’d like to permanently delete the files before the 3 day period, navigate to Files [1] and click on the Trash [2] tab.

Once there, you will be able to empty out the trash bin either by clicking the Empty trash [3] button to bulk delete all files in the trash bin or by clicking the three dots vertical menu [4] to permanently delete a specific file.

Restore deleted file

To restore a deleted file, navigate to the Files [1] section and go to Trash [2]. Once there, find the file you’d like to restore and click on the three dots vertical menu [3]. From the available options, click on Restore [4].

FAQ

Unfortunately, this cannot be done. Once the file has been permanently deleted from Trash, it cannot be recovered.
