Manage folders

Create new folder

To create a new folder, navigate to your Quenza account and go to the Files [1] section. Once there, click on the New Folder [2] button in the top right corner of the page.

This will open a new window, where you will be able to name and create the new folder.

Rename folder

To rename a folder, navigate to the Files [1] section and find the folder you’d like to rename. Once there, click on the three dots vertical menu [2] and from available options click on Rename [3].

This will open a new window, where you’ll be able to input the new folder name and confirm the change.

Move folder

To move a folder, navigate to the Files [1] section and find the folder you’d like to move. Once there, click on the three dots vertical menu [2] and from available options choose Move [3].

This will open a new window, where you will be able to choose the new folder destination. Once selected, click on Move here [4].

Delete folder

To delete a folder, navigate to the Files [1] section and find the folder you’d like to delete. Click on the three dots vertical menu [2] and from available options click on Delete [3].

This will open a new window where you’ll have to confirm the folder deletion.

Important: Deleted folders are moved to the Trash section, where they’re permanently deleted after 3 days. If you’d like to permanently delete the folder before this period ends, navigate to the Files [1] section and click on the Trash [2] option.

Once there, you can either empty out all deleted files/folders by clicking on the Empty Trash [3] or delete a specific file/folder by clicking on the three dots vertical menu [4] and selecting Permanently delete [5].

Restore deleted folder

To restore a deleted folder, navigate to the Files [1] section and click on the Trash [2] option. Now you can find the folder you’d like to restore and click on the three dots vertical menu [3] and click on Restore [4].

FAQ

The number of subfolders that you can create is not limited in any way, however you can only create subfolders up to a depth of 10 levels deep.
