Manage multiple practitioner accounts

Are you an organization or a group of multiple practitioners who want to collaborate in Quenza and be able to share clients, files, and activities with each other? And all that while also desiring a platform to assist with your coaching engagement?

Then we have good news for you!

We are currently working on a new feature that will be exactly what you are looking for: our “Organizations” feature.

It will enable you to manage multiple practitioner accounts through a master account. This feature will most likely be ready by winter 2021.

What to expect

Once the Organizations feature is rolled out, it will be possible for a group of professionals to share clients, files, and activities within a group practice and have access to multiple accounts.

You will be able to have one account that can manage the other practitioner accounts in your team, enabling you to effectively assign clients to certain coaches. At the same time, each practitioner has his or her own account to work with their clients.

Communication and in-app messaging between coaches as well as between coach and customer will also be possible. Thanks to the integrated chat feature, you can easily communicate with other professionals in your team in an encrypted way. In addition, our group chat feature allows you to send messages to multiple clients in the same group, and clients in those groups can interact with each other.

Does that sound like something you’d be interested in?

Then we encourage you to start the 30-day trial to get comfortable with the platform and to make sure it’s really a good fit with your team.

Enterprise pricing

If you have more than 5 practitioners who need their own accounts, we can offer a discount for a bundle of users. Feel free to reach out to our support team at info@quenza.com and we are happy to discuss the enterprise pricing options and help your organization get all set up.
