With the release of the much-requested “Multilingual Client App” feature, clients are now able to use Quenza in their native language.
We currently support the following languages:
About this feature
The “Multilingual Client App” feature includes the translation of the entire app interface, notifications, and system emails your clients receive.
What this feature is NOT
This feature does not include an automatic translation of all the (expansion) activities you send to your clients.
Any activity you create or text that a client adds while doing an activity will not be translated.
Also note that your account will remain in English – this feature is only available to clients.
How to update the language settings
Clients that have their own Quenza account can update the language themselves by going to the “Settings” menu and clicking on the “Edit” button. Then they can select the language of their choice as can be seen below:
You can set the language for clients that do not have a Quenza account by editing their profile and selecting a language for them.
If the language of your choice is missing, feel free to let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
