What are Subscription Credits?

Subscription credits refer to a set amount of resources allocated to a user’s subscription plan. These credits are used to perform certain actions within the Quenza application, such as creating Activities or hosting files. Each subscription plan has a different credit limit.

Types of credits

The following types of subscription credits are available in Quenza:

  • Clients
The number of active users in your account. Each time you remove a client, you’ll gain one client credit that can be reused.
  • Activities
The number of activities you can have in your account at any given time. Each time you remove an activity, you’ll gain one activity credit that can be reused. This credit only applies to activities that you create yourself and not the expansion activities that are offered.
  • Pathways
The number of pathways you can have in your account at any given time. Each time you remove a pathway, you’ll gain one pathway credit that can be reused. This credit only applies to the pathways you create yourself and not the expansion pathways that are offered.
  • Send credits
The number of activities you can send to clients in a month, including activities within pathways. Each time you send an activity, you’ll use one send credit. Similarly, if you send a pathway that has, for example, 6 activities, you’ll be using 6 send credits–one for each activity within the pathway.
  • Expansions
The number of expansion activities and pathways you can have in your library at any given time. Each time you remove an expansion, you’ll gain one expansion credit that can be reused for another expansion.
  • Professional storage
The amount of storage available for files you upload to your Files library.
  • Client storage
The amount of storage available to your clients for them to upload their files to the Files library.

Credit usage

You can check your current credit usage by navigating to Settings > Subscription and referring to the Usage card.

FAQ

When you reach the maximum number of credits, you will be prompted with a message indicating which credit has been used. You won’t be able to perform the action for which you used the credits at this point. For example, if you have exhausted your Activities credits, you will be unable to create any new activities unless you remove previously added activities or upgrade your subscription plan.

It’s not possible to upgrade credits individually at the moment.

None of the credits reset on a monthly basis, except for the Activity Send credits. If you have unused credits, they will remain as is.
